You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable because the slot has been reserved for your job. If unsafe weather or access issues mean the work cannot go ahead, we'll arrange a new suitable time.

Will the whole garden definitely be finished?
The service is time-based. We complete as much as reasonably possible within the booked time. Very overgrown or large gardens may need more than one visit.
What's the difference between Half Day and Full Day?
Half Day is best for smaller gardens or lighter clearance. Full Day is better for larger, more overgrown gardens or if you want the biggest transformation in one visit.
Is green waste removal included?
Yes. Half Day clearances include 4 bulk bags of green waste removal and Full Day clearances include 10 bulk bags. If your garden produces more than that, we'll explain the options and agree any extra cost with you before continuing.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have clear access to the garden and any important instructions before the visit.
Do you remove soil, rubble, rubbish, sheds, or fencing?
Not as part of the standard clearance package. These can sometimes be priced separately.
Can I send photos first?
Yes. Photos help us understand access, waste volume, and whether Half Day or Full Day is the better option.
What happens if it rains?
We work in normal weather. In unsafe or extreme weather, we may need to rearrange.
